Brown Track & Field/XC Accomplishments: 2010 Ivy league cross heptagonal championship race in 17:29.5 and scored 5th place.  Had the fastest time any Brown runner has posted at Van Cortlandt park.  Best Female Rookie Player 2010. Fall 2010 All-Ivy Honoree- women's cross country- First Team. 2010 and 2011 All-Northeast Region. 

Before Brown: A four-year letterwinner on Fenwick High School's cross country/track & field team ... Boasted the second-fastest mile time in the state of Illinois during the 2010 indoor season ... Placed 10th at the 2010 state track meet in the 3,2000m run ... Placed 39th in the 2009 Illinois state cross country meet ... In cross country, Connelly was a captain both her junior and senior years, and was a conference champion and Most Valuable Player in both 2007 & 2008 ... Also earned All-Conference, regional, and sectional honors and was a three-time state-qualifier (2007-2009) ... Has school records in the 1,600 and 3,200m ... Was a member of the National Honor Society, earned First Honors and was a Presidential and State Scholar.
