The Bears were down 4-2 at the intermission, but Bruno picked up their defensive pressure shut don the Red Foxes in the second half to pull of the win. With 52 seconds left on the game clock and the score knotted at 4-4, Marist came out of a timeout only to have junior Brittany Westerman (Palo Alto, CA) come up with a steal and the assist to a streaking Presant who put away the game-winner. The Bears went on to smother Marist the last 28 seconds to come out with the victory. Brown's power play defense in the second half did not allow a goal against six tries for Marist.
