Strickland comes to Brown with a wide range of track experiences. She ran everything from the 200 through the mile including the 4x100, 4x200 and 4x400 relays. Her 4x200 relay team competed at the state meet. LaToya intends to major in Neuroscience and wants to attend medical school upon graduation.
