Katherine, a 400/800 runner, begins her junior year with high hopes for the indoor and outdoor seasons. During a strong and much-improved sophomore year, Kosub ran 1:16 in the 500 indoors to rank third all-time at Brown. Outdoors, she ran a personal-best 2:12 leg of the 4x800 to lead her team to a new school record. Off the track, Katherine is a public-policy concentrator, with a possible second major in urban studies. Her other interests include making pizza dough, saddling-up with the beasts of Harkness 400B, and the great state of Texas.
