2006-2007: Consistent scoring member of the Cross Country team and recipient of the Most Improved Award. Posted several new personal records during the Indoor season including a 10:07.00 3000m and a 5:05.56 mile. Will focus on the 3k Steeplechase this Outdoor season. 2005-2006: Won cross country's Most Valuable Freshman award. Set new personal bests indoors in the 3k (10:15) and 5k (17:45). Competed at the indoor Heptagonal Championships in the 5,000m. NCAA Regional Qualifier in the 3k Steeplechase. Ran a new personal best of 10:40.71. High School:Personal Bests- 10:22 (3000m), 4:54 (1500m), 7:06 (2000m steeplechase); 2005 All-American in the 2000m Steeple Chase; 2004 Class D Cross Country State Champion; 2005 Division II State Champion in the 2000m Steeple Chase
