Kate enters her senior year with a ferocious attitude. One thing is for sure - she is ready to bring it all to the line for the Brown Women's Track Team-whatever it takes!!!! Last year, Kate ran a PR of 4:31 in the 1500, and is looking to drastically improve on that time as well as her 800 time in which she has a PR of 2:11.5. She is also seeking some redemption in the form of a Heps title. Cushing is an Education Studies concentrator, and this summer she interned in the Global Education Department for the National Peace Corps Association. She also worked at Fleet Feet DC, where she put her knowledge of feet and her love of running to good use.
