 Brown University Assistant Track & Field Coach, Jerome Romain, has recently been selected to coach the Dominica Olympic Team at the 2008 Beijing Olympics that run from Aug. 8 through Aug. 24. (MORE)  Anna Willard '06 Qualifies for USA Olympic Team Anna Willard '06 set an American record in the women's 3,000-meter steeplechase Thursday night en route to winning the event at the Olympic Trials. Her 9:27.59 effort effectively punches her ticket to the 2008 summer games in Beijing, China where she will represent the United States as the event makes its Olympic debut. (MORE)  Anna Willard `06 Competes in 2008 Olympic Team Trials Anna Willard (Greenwood, ME), a 2006 graduate of Brown University, competed in the 2008 USATF Olympic Team Trials in the 3,000-meter steeplechase last night. In the preliminaries, Willard earned second place in her heat with a 9:52.06 to qualify for the finals on Thursday, July 3rd. The top three finishers in each event will make up the roster for Team USA and compete in the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing. (MORE)
