2010 Outdoor Track & Field: Finished sixth at the Ivy League Championships with a throw of 37.72

Javelin - 39m

Before Brown: Liz won the javelin throw for four years running at the Newport County meet, setting a county record her junior year with a throw of 120'5''. She set a personal and school record that same year at the State meet with a throw of 128'10''. She was a top finisher my sophomore, junior, and senior years in the Eastern Division javelin, and she won the Schomp Invitational her senior year. She was an All-State javelin thrower for three consecutive years, finishing fifth sophomore year and second her junior and senior years.

Freshman year: All-County, All-Division, All-Class, 3rd place Freshman States, and State Participant in the javelin
Sophmore year: All-County in all four throwing events, All-Division in the javelin and shot All-Class in the javelin, All-State in the javelin and shot and New England Participant in the javelin
Junior year: All-County in all four throwing events All-Division in the javelin and shot All-Class in the javelin and shot All-State in the javelin and shot as well as a New England qualifier in the jav.
Senior year: All-County in javelin and shot, County Field MVP, All-Division in the javelin and shot, All-Class in the javelin and shot, All-State in the javelin, and New England qualifier in the javelin.
