Ashley Pariser brings her unflagging determination and increasingly layered game back for her sophomore year with the Bears. She started the 2005 spring season on a tear, winning seven of her first eight matches in singles and five of her first six in doubles. After a spotless 5-0 spring break campaign, she registered a season-ending victory against Yale to clinch the match against the Bulldogs and end the season on a winning note. During her junior career she was consistently ranked in the top 5 of the Mid-Atlantic section, and reached as high as 86 in the national junior standings. Also excelling in the classroom, Ashley was named to the 2005 ITA All-Academic team.
