PROVIDENCE, RI – The Brown women's tennis team (1-0), ranked #53 in the current poll, earned a 4-3 victory over visiting Boston College (1-1), ranked #45 in the current poll.  The Bears were led by junior Misia Krasowski (Deerfield, IL), who won at #1 singles and #2 doubles, and senior Julie Flanzer (Highland Park, IL), who earned the match-clinching win at #6 singles.
