Three Bears Compete at NCAA Zones

ANNAPOLIS, MD - Senior Jessica Larson (Wayland, MA), junior Dana Meadow (Chicago, IL), and freshman William Kai Robinson (Vashon, WA) represented Brown at the 2006 NCAA Zone A Diving Championship, held March 10-11 at the United States Naval Academy.

Larson, who won the preliminary round, finished her career with a second place finish on the 1-Meter dive, scoring a 243.90 and narrowly missing qualifying for the NCAA Championship. Meadow, who dove at Zones for the first time in her career finished in 15th out of 32 divers with a score of 208.85.

In men's action, Robinson placed 28th on the 3-Meter dive with a score of 197.45.

On day two of the Championships, Larson finished 13th on the 3-Meter with a score of 235.80, while Meadow was 33rd with a score of 174.35.

On the men's side, Robinson finished the 1-Meter dive in 20th with a score of 229.70.
