Channing Kimball joins the Brown University Athletic Department as the diving coach for the Swimming & Diving program in September of 2010. Kimball comes to Brown after spending three years at Alma College as the diving coach. 

Kimball is a four year letter winner at the Division I level at the University of Wyoming and graduated with a B.S. in Business Management in 2004. She was a stand out athlete at both the high school and college level. Her senior year in high school she won the Tennessee State Diving Championship and was named the Diver of the Year in 2000.

In her junior and senior years at Wyoming she participated on an athletic scholarship and served as Captain both those seasons. In 2003, Channing received the Univ. of Wyoming Swimming and Diving Most Inspirational Award, and was named the Mountain West Conference Diver of the Week in January. Kimball earned Academic All-American status from 2001-2004 and also served on the SAAC during that time. 

Following her collegiate career, Kimball won the Age Group 21-24 National Masters Diving Championship in 2006. 

Kimball's experience extends beyond her own stellar career as she has also served as a Diving Coach at the Chattanooga Golf & Country Club and at camps such as the UT Diving Camp from 2007-2011.
