2011-2012: Finished third in the 50 freestyle, sixth in the 100 butterfly and eighth in the 100 freestyle at the Ivy League Championship meet...Also competed on the 200 freestyle relay (5th), 400 freestyle relay (6th) and the 200 medley relay at the league meet, finishing 3rd in the medley event while also setting a Brown University school record...Swam a time that ranked her in the top 25 all-time at Brown in the 100 butterfly (3rd - 55.00)...Recieved the Florence Filippo Award as the women's team MVP for the 2011-2012 season...Earned her second varsity letter.

2010-2011: Scored at the Ivy League Championship meet in the 50 freestyle (5th), 100 freestyle (9th) and 100 butterfly (12th)...Also swam legs on the 200 freestyle relay (4th), the 400 freestyle relay (4th) and the 200 medley relay, which finished fourth enroute to breaking a Brown University school record...Finished the season ranked in the top 25 all-time at Brown in the 50 free (5th - 23.41) and 100 free (8th - 50.97)...Earned her varsity letter.  

Personal: Emma Lamothe is the daughter of Lisa and Jim Lamothe of Brimfield, MA...She has one younger brother, Remi...Her family owns Cook's Farm Orchard in Brimfield, MA...She is the recipient of the Hampden County Improvement League Scholarship...Enjoys playing fiddle in the Old-Time String Band at Brown and making collages...Concentrating in health and human biology.
