7th-Ranked Bears Fall to Princeton and Penn

Coach Stuart leGassick's women's squash team put up a strong fight against Princeton and Penn, both ranked in the Top 6 nationally, before succumbing by 9-0 scores to both teams.

Among the highlights of the Princeton match, sophomore Megan Cerullo (Brooklyn, NY) took an early 1-0 lead against the Tigers at number one, before falling by a 3-1 margin. Cerullo also lost three close games to Penn at number one, losing by 9-4, 9-5 and 9-6 scores.

Against sixth-ranked Penn, freshman Charlotte Steel (Greenwich, CT) put up a strong fight at number two, dropping the first game, 10-8, before eventually falling to the Quakers, 3-0.
