Brown Softball Participates in Dash for Diabetes

Providence, RI- The Brown University softball team recently participated in Dash for Diabetes and helped raise $2,500 for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. The one-mile race was located around the Brown University campus as the course traversed a continuous, gradual downhill slope to allow runners to attain record times for a distance of one mile.

The Brown softball team led all organizations with 16 members participating, and was also the top fundraising squad with $500.
