In 2010: Second Team All-Ivy selection … Had an outstanding season for the Bears earning a 14-5 overall record with a stellar 2.14 ERA to rank third in the Ivy League … She made 26 appearances on the mound and started in 18 games ... She combined for five shutouts and in 134.1 innings pitched she allowed just 41 earned runs, walked 16 batters and struck out 103, which ranks third in the Ivy League … Was also an offensive threat for Brown … She batted .375 and combined for 15 hits, eight RBI, nine runs scored and tallied one game-winning homerun against Dartmouth (4/28) … Received Ivy League Pitcher of the Week honors on March 23 after pitching a near-perfect game against St. Peter’s in which she did not allow any hits or runs, walked just one batter and struck out seven in five innings pitched. 

In 2009: Saw action on the mound and in the outfield the Bears … Started in 14 of 25 games … Made seven appearances on the mound and went 1-1 on the year … Pitched 11 innings and gave up 19 runs and 28 hits … On offense, Chin had six hits, including a double, scored four runs and had seven RBI … Had season highs of two hits and two runs scored and two RBIs against Columbia.

In 2008: Played in all 34 games last season seeing action at first base and at the mound ... Had 90 at bats and 19 hits, including three doubles ... Scored two runs against Canisius (3/7) and Webber International (3/25) ... Posted two RBIs versus Oakland (3/1) ... Made 15 appearances on the mound pitching 43.2 innings and went 0-2 on the season.

Before Brown:A four-year letter winner from Cinco Ranch High School in Texas where she played first and second base, and also saw time on the mound ... Was named the 2007 Houston Athletic Committee's Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year ... Led her team to the Regional Finals, and was named third team All-Greater Houston ... Ended her senior season with a .340 batting average, and earned a 0.51 ERA, including six shutouts ...In 2006, Chin was her team's Most Valuable Player, and was the Katy Courier's Most Valuable Player ... Ended her 2006 season with a 1.16 ERA and a batting average of .462 ... Was also a three-year letter winner in volleyball, where she helped her team to three district championships ...
