Providence, RI - The Brown University Athletics Ticket Office is now accepting orders for 2007 Brown Football and Soccer tickets.
In search of their 13th Ivy League Championship and 7th trip to NCAA postseason play, head coach Phil Pincince's women's soccer team kicks off the Bears' fall sports campaign on Thursday, September 6th when they host Boston College at Stevenson Field. There are eight home games scheduled for the 2007 season, and tickets for each home match is $5 for adults, while children ages 12 and under are admitted at no cost.
Coach Mike Noonan's men's soccer squad will begin their quest for their 20th Ivy League title and 23rd NCAA Tournament appearance on Friday, September 7th when they play host to #5 Santa Clara in the adidas Brown Soccer Classic. This annual event draws thousands and highlights the ten home matches to be played at Stevenson Field. Men's soccer tickets cost $5 for adults and $3 for children ages 12 and under.
Coach Phil Estes' football team opens its 130th season of intercollegiate play on Saturday, September 15th against Duquesne, and their schedule features six home games at Brown Stadium. The annual Governor's Cup battle against the University of Rhode Island will be played at 12:30pm on Saturday, September 29th. Full season ticket packages include Family 4-Pack, Chairback, and Reserved options, single game tickets range from $5 to $15 dollars.
As an added option and for only $30, children ages 12 and under can join the Bruno's Cubs Kids Club and receive free admission to all soccer, basketball, ice hockey, lacrosse, and selected football games along with many other great incentives and benefits.
