Providence, RI - Brown soccer will be prominently featured on internet radio broadcasts this fall, with 22 games and six coaches shows being broadcast live on brownbears.com. The broadcast team will once again feature the duo of Mike Rubin `00 and Mike Mancuso `98, the internet voices of Brown athletics.
The defending Ivy League champion Brown men's soccer team will have 10 games broadcast via the internet, starting with the Bears' season opening game at home against San Diego on Friday, September 1st at Stevenson Field (7:30 p.m.). Bears' head coach Mike Noonan, who has guided his squad to seven NCAA Tournament appearances in 11 years at Brown, will be featured on three coaches shows, hosted by Rubin, with the first show slated for August 29th.
Coach Phil Pincince's women's soccer team will have 12 games broadcast on the internet, starting with the September 1st home game against New Hampshire at Stevenson Field (5:00 p.m.). Pincince, the 10th winningest coach in NCAA Division I history, will also be featured with three coaches shows, beginning on August 30th.
