HARWICH, MA - The Brown women's soccer team (3-2-0) scored three straight goals en route to a 4-1 victory over Fordham (3-2-0) in the final day of action at the ECAC Classic at Cape Cod Tech. Junior Jill Mansfield (East Windsor, NJ) led the way with a goal and an assist in the victory.

With less than 15:00 remaining in the first half, senior Kim LaVere (Chatsworth, CA) increased Brown's lead to 2-0 when she converted on a penalty kick.
The Bears opened the second half with their third goal of the contest at the 53:31 mark. Sophomore Anne Friedland (Toronto, ONT) picked up her first point of the season when she assisted Mansfield's first goal of the year.
The Rams got on the board less than 10:00 later, at 61:22, but junior Kathryn Moos (Wayzata, MN) put the game away for Brown with 12:12 left to play, scoring off a pass from freshman Lindsay Cunningham (Cumberland, RI).
