After trailing 4-0 to open the contest, Brown inched its way back and later went on an eight goal run to take a 10-5 lead at halftime. Bryant put together five-straight goals halfway through the second and was later able to tie the game at 14 but freshman Risa Mosenthal generated the game winner, her team leading 20th score, and the Bears held off the Bulldogs. Junior Caroline Zaffino led Brown in scoring on the night with a career-high seven goals and one assist. Five of her goals came in the first period comeback.
