IWLCA Honor Roll

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Brown women's lacrosse team was named to the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association's (IWLCA) Zag Sports Academic Honor Squad for the team's efforts in the classroom during the 2016-17 academic year. In addition, nine student-athletes made the IWLCA Honor Roll for achieving a 3.50 grade point average or higher.

The Bears were one of 92 Division I institutions to record a cumulative team GPA of 3.0 or higher during the 2016-17 season.  All eight Ivy League schools earned Academic Honor Squad recognition.

Individually, 2017 seniors Kerianne Hunt (Alamo, Calif.), Ali Kim (Burlingame, Calif.), Sarah Peters (Weston, Mass.), Jillian Lee (Cold Spring Harbor, N.Y.) and Mollie Lane (Arlington, Va.), and 2018 seniors Emma Dahle (Wynnewood, Pa.), Mikaela Karlsson (Framingham, Mass.), Rose Mangiarotti (Locust Valley, N.Y.) and Carolyn Paletta (Greenwich, Conn.) were named to the honor roll.
