
PROVIDENCE, RI – Three members of the Brown women's lacrosse team are among 151 Division I student-athletes from across the country recognized on the 2010 IWLCA National Academic Honor Roll. To be eligible, student-athletes must be a member of the varsity lacrosse team, must have achieved junior or senior standing academically, and must have achieved a GPA of 3.20 or higher. Individually, Brown and Dartmouth were second in the Ivy League, to Yale's five, with three honorees each, while Cornell, Harvard and Princeton each had two honorees.
Individuals on the Brown team honored include recent graduates Bethany Buzzell (Middletown, MD) and Kiki Manners (North Potomac, MD), who earned the honor in 2009 as well, and current senior Paris Waterman (Newark, DE).
