Why I chose Brown…The people! The average student has many interests and does not pigeonhole himself/herself into one stereotype. Everyone I meet has accomplished amazing things but is humble and genuinely interested in hearing about other people’s lives. Most striking about the people at Brown is the love of life that everyone shares.
Favorite class at Brown…Field Archaeology in the Ancient World. It is completely different than my concentration, but we learned the coolest stuff! The professor was awesome – enthusiastic about the material and she presented it in a way that made the class want to engage and learn.
Favorite Brown tradition…Midnight Organ Concerts
