Johnson Named To 2003 Academic All-Ivy Team

Brown senior forward Courtney Johnson (Falmouth, MA) was named to the 2003 Academic All-Ivy Team. The team recognizes key starters or reserves on an official varsity team with a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher. This is the second straight year Johnson has earned Academic All-Ivy honors.
Johnson, concentrating in business economics, leaves Brown as its 16th (tied) all-time leading scorer with 41 goals and 59 assists for 100 career points. This season, Johnson finished tied for second in scoring with 12 goals and added 13 assists for a total of 25 points.
She broke the school record for games played in a career with 128. Johnson also received the 2003 Panda Cup, which is awarded annually to the member of the Brown women's hockey team that has demonstrated outstanding team spirit, good sportsmanship and dedication to playing hockey.
