Albany, NY - Sophomore Hayley Moore (Wakefield, MA) continued to produce offensively for Brown recording three points on two goals and one assist this past week, earning ECACHL Player of The Week honors.
Moore led the Bears in their three games tallying a point in each game, including the game winning goal against Colgate. She started off the week with an unassisted goal in a 3-1 win over Yale, and then had a hand in Brown's lone goal vs. Cornell. Her game winner vs. the Raiders came at 12:44 in the first, as the Bears went on to earn the 3-0 shutout.
The sophomore forward is riding a 14-game point streak with 11 goals and 11 assists over that time. She leads Brown in goals (15), assists (12) and points (27). With 16 points coming in conference play, Moore is tied for third with a 1.23 average, her eight goals ranks fourth in the conference, and four game winning goals puts her in a tie for first in that category.
Moore and the Bears will head to Cambridge and Hanover this upcoming weekend, for a 7:00 p.m. face-off with the Crimson on Friday, February 3 and then take on the Dartmouth for a 4:00 p.m. match-up with the Big Green the following afternoon.
