Trenton, NJ - Showing improvement in each round of the tournament, the Brown women's golf team placed seventh at the Ivy League Championship held at the par-72 Trenton Country Club, with a three-round 1034 Columbia captured the title at 933, followed by Princeton (943), Yale (953), Harvard (974), Penn (1009), Dartmouth (1022) and Brown. The Bears' final round 336 beat both Dartmouth and Penn on Sunday.
Junior Tiffany Wade led the Brown team and placed 13th individually shooting a three-round 243 on scores of 83-80-80. Junior captain Blythe Crane shot a final round 81 on Sunday for a 260 three-round score (91-88-81).
Senior Elizabeth Fisher shot a solid 83 on Sunday to finish at 261 (88-90-83) for the tournament. Sophomore Holly Snyder came in at 272 (92-88-92), while sophomore Christine Pappas carded a three-round 281 (90-93-98).
