Bears Place Second With Harvard and Dartmouth

Falmouth, Mass. - In the final tune-up before the Ivy League Championship, Brown placed second in a three-way competition with Harvard and Dartmouth at the Cape Cod Country Club. Brown finished with a two-day 655 (327-328), behind Harvard (634) and ahead of Dartmouth (670).

Brown junior Eleanor Thomas placed second overall, shooting 76-80--156 at the par 71 Cape Cod CC course. Freshmen Tiffany Wade and Blythe Crane placed sixth and seventh respectively. Wade shot a two-day 163 (80-83), while Crane came in at 165, shooting 84-81.Bears' sophomore Elizabeth Fisher placed 11th overall with a two-day 171 (87-84), while junior Emily Washington carded a two-day 172 (88-84) to place 14th individually.
