Play Suspended at Huskie Women's Golf Classic
HUNTLEY, Ill. -Play at the 26th Annual Huskie Classic at Whisper Creek Golf Club was suspended Sunday evening due to darkness. Only one of the three players in the final group were able to complete the 18th hole. The Brown women's golf team was able to complete its first round, shooting a team score of 315.
Junior Carly Arison is tied for 5th place individually with an opening round 75. Three Brown players shot 80 – senior Sarah Guarascio, junior Heather Arison and junior Megan Tuohy, while senior captain Susan Restrepo shot 82.
The final two players will wrap-up their play on 18, Monday morning at 8:30 a.m. The second and final round of the Huskie Classic will commence as planned with a shotgun start at 9 a.m.
