Norris was named the 1999 NFHCA Northeast Region Coach of the Year, in just her second year at the helm, guiding her 1999 squad to a 13-4 record, the most wins in school history. The team won its first Ivy League title since 1991, posting a 6-1 Ivy ledger and finished the season ranked 17th in the country.
