PHILADELPHIA, PA - The University of Pennsylvania scored the only goal of the game with 21:06 remaining in the first half as the Quakers defeated Brown (7-8, 2-4) 1-0 in an Ivy League contest Sunday afternoon in Philadelphia.

The Bears were outshot by a 12-3 margin, as sophomore Katie Noe (Simsbury, CT) made four saves in net.

Offensively, junior Lizzie Buza (Houston, TX) and seniors Ashley Wallace (Avon, CT) and Cory Pelletier (Walpole, MA) each had one shot to lead the Bears.

Brown continues action on Wednesday when it hosts the Fairfield at 3:00 p.m. on Warner Roof.
