No. 6 Women’s Crew Tops No. 20 San Diego, Oklahoma in Lake Natoma Afternoon Session

GOLD RIVER, Calif. – After a clean sweep of the morning sessions, the sixth-ranked Brown women's crew team won three races against No. 20 San Diego and Oklahoma in the afternoon session of day one action at the Lake Natoma Classic on Saturday.

The varsity eight turned in a time of 6:40.0, while the second varsity eight finished in 6:51.9 and the varsity four posted a time of 7:34.7 for a trio of first place finishes.

In the morning session, the varsity eight, second varsity eight and varsity four swept the competition against No. 7 Stanford and Kansas.

Brown concludes its Lake Natoma Classic stint tomorrow.
