Before Brown: Four-year varsity starter and two-year team captain, Galer, joins the Bears having averaged 19.6 points and 7.8 rebounds per game at Beverly Hills High School...Her team's Most Valuable Player for four years, Galer earned Second Team Ocean League honors in 2003 and 2004, and earned First Team honors in 2005 and 2006...She was an All-CIF Selection, and a California All-State team nominee...Galer also lettered in softball for four years.
