PROVIDENCE, RHODE ISLAND – After a snowy weekend, the Brown women's basketball team (7-13, 1-5 Ivy League) dropped a 65-48 decision to the Penn Quakers (10-9, 3-2 Ivy League) in tonight's Ivy League contest, held in the Pizzitola Sports Center.
