Fall Academic All-Ivy Honorees Announced

The Ivy League released its fall list of Academic All-Ivy honorees, with ten Brown student-athletes being honored. The five females and five males were starters or key reserves on officially recognized varsity teams with a grade point average of 3.0 or higher (MORE) 11/16/08
Cross Country Finishes Strong at NCAA Northeast Regional Championships
Despite the rain and mud pouring down on Van Cortlandt Park on Saturday afternoon during the huge NCAA Northeast Regional Championships, the Brown cross country teams were led by junior Duriel Hardy (West Chester, PA) and freshman Ari Garber (North Falmouth, MA) who placed in the top 25 in their respective races. Men's and Women's Cross Country Earns All-Ivy Honors
Two members of the Brown Cross Country squad have recently earned All-Ivy honors after competing at the 2008 Ivy League Heptagonal Championships at Van Cortlandt Park last Friday afternoon. Junior Duriel Hardy (West Chester, PA) was awarded First Team All-Ivy accolades, while sophomore Lara Heigis (Walpack, NJ) was named to the Second Team. (MORE)
