March 16, 2006 Brown senior Mike Savino completed competition at the 2006 NCAA Wrestling Championship on Friday, narrowly losing to Oregan State's Tony Hook, 8-7, in the consolation bracket.

Savino faced fourth seeded Matt Lebe of West Virginia at 157 lbs. in his opening match, losing by a score of 10-2.
