2007-08:Eric had a strong indoor and outdoor season as a junior captain ... Had personal bests in the weight at 56'7'', in the hammer at 183'5'', in the shot at 51', and even a PR in the [college] discus at 141', which he hadn't competed in since high school ... Eric fell short of scoring positions indoors, but held up the 5th place slot in the Ivy League hammer against a tough field outdoors, throwing less than three feet away from the regional qualifying mark.
2006-2007: Finished 8th in the Ivy League in the weight throw indoors, with a personal best of 52'3.75...Outdoors he finished 5th in the hammer with a PR throw of 178'9...He followed that performance with another PR in the shot (49'7") to finish 8th.
2005-2006: Finished 8th and 7th at the indoor heptagonal championships in the shot.
