2005-2006: Captain of both the cross country and track and field teams. Won the New England Championships and led team to first-place finish. Finished second at Cross Country Heptagonals, timing in at 24:38 at Van Cortlandt Park's 8k course. The time puts him second all-time for Brown.

2004-2005: Missed first two cross country seasons with injury and illness. In rookie XC campaign, consistently in the top four for Brown. Took second for Bruno in collegiate debut at the UMass-Dartmouth Invite. Indoors, set a personal best in the open mile at 4:13 and 3k at 8:15. Took third in the 3k at indoor Heps and anchored the Heps Champion DMR team (1600m- 4:10). Outdoors, scored fourth in the 5k at Heps. Set a personal best of 14:15 at IC4As to qualify for NCAA Regionals.

2003-2004: Competed at Heps in the 3,000 meters indoors and the 5,000 meters outdoors. Set PRs of 8:25 and 14:28 in those events, respectively.
