After mediocre performances at the UConn and Brown Invitationals, Sam began hitting his stride at the Princeton Elite Invitational with a throw of 191'... Sam displayed his best performance of the season during the HEPS Outdoor Track Championship, a throw of 196'9" earned him a 4th place finish.
