2006-2007: A staple in the Bears' top 12 throughout the Cross Country season. Ran a new personal best at Van Cortland Park, covering the 8k course in 25:42.10. Established indoor personal records in the 3000m (8:29.26) and the mile (4:15.56). Opened the outdoor season at the Stanford Invitational with a 14:20.60 5000m, placing him 10th on the Bears' All-Time outdoor list.
2005-2006: Set personal bests in the 8k of 26:25 at Van Cortlandt and 26:19 on Franklin Park.
High School: Personal bests- 800 1:57; Mile 4:19: 2 Mile 9:30. MVP of cross country junior and senior year, and winter track senior year. Finished 8th at NY State Fed cross country meet.
