2006-2007: Opened the Cross Country season at the Quinnipiac Invitational, running 3rd for the team and placing 18th overall. Ran a new indoor personal best of 15:02.86 in the 5000m at the St. Valentine Invitational. 2004-2005: Honored with Cross Country's Most Valuable Freshman Award
