2005-2006: Returned as co-captain. Won the individual title in the shot put at the Indoor Heptagonal Championships with a throw of 55-0.25.

2004-2005: Served as co-captain. Won the discus title at the Outdoor Heptagonal Championships (166-9) to earn his third all-ivy in the event. Also took fourth in the shot put (52-7). NCAA Regional qualifier in the discus.

2003-2004: Placed second in the discus and third in the shot at the 2004 Outdoor Heptagonal Championships.

2002-2003: Junior National qualifier in the discus.

High School: Three-time Northern Section Champion in the shot put and discus. All-League selection in basketball. All-State in shot put. Personal Bests of 170-6 (discus) and 58-8 (shot put).
