2007-08 Began season with an injury setback but was nearing recovery by the end of the indoor season ... Unfortunately before the first outdoor meet, illness set him back even further ... Being out of the circle for the majority of the outdoor season, he was still able to pull out a personal best in the hammer for the last meet of the year.
2006-2007: Started the indoor season in the weight throw with a personal best of 12.24m...Personal bests outdoor in discus and hammer are 36.77m and 45.11m respectively.
High School: Personal Bests- 156'9 (discus), 47'0 (shot put). Giese placed first at the Wisconsin state meet.
