Performance Highlights:

Opened collegiate cross country career at Dartmouth with a time of 27:02, and then competed at the Central Connecticut State University Meet with a 16:03 5k. ...  Started indoors with a 2:32 1k at the Terrier Invite, followed by a 1:55 800 at the Harvard Select Meet ... Competed in the 800 and 4x800 at HEPS with times of 1:56.  

Awards & Honors: Catholic States Indoor Mile Champion, 4x800 Champion, Catholic States Outdoor 2nd place Mile; State Federation Indoor 4x800 2nd place; Two Time 4x800 All-American, Two Time 4xmile All-American; 2007 NIN 4xMile Champions.

High School: Ran 4:20 in the 1600 to qualify for the New York State Meet both indoors and outdoors.  Split 1:55 indoors to help his team run 7:47 in the 4x800, making it the 14th fastest time ever run.  Also split 1:53 outdoors to help his team earn All-American honors with a 4th place finish, running 7:44.  Helped his team win the 4x800 at the Millrose Games two years in a row and helped them earn 2nd in the Indoor New York State Federation Meet.  Also helped them earn 6th place in the Championship of America at the Penn Relays.
