Before taking a year off, Bowery finished his junior campaign as the school record holder in the pole vault both indoors and outdoors. He also won the event at the Heptagonal League Championships as well as the New England Championships outdoors. A 14' vaulter in high school, he now boasts a PR of 16'8.75" which he matched a couple of times last winter. Brad spent the summer in rehab from abdominal surgery and ended it with a series of meets in which he has already cleared 16'6". He returns as a favorite to win Heps, New Englands, and IC4As.
