In 2008-09: Started the indoor track & field season with a strong throw of 49’9” in the weight which tied his all time PR at the Alden Invite ... After some set backs, he came back in the outdoor season to set a PR in the hammer throw of 163’1”.

In 2007-08 Began season with an injury setback but was nearing recovery by the end of the indoor season ... Unfortunately before the first outdoor meet, illness set him back even further ... Being out of the circle for the majority of the outdoor season, he was still able to pull out a personal best in the hammer for the last meet of the year.

In 2006-2007: Started the indoor season in the weight throw with a personal best of 12.24m...Personal bests outdoor in discus and hammer are 36.77m and 45.11m respectively.

High School: Personal Bests- 156'9 (discus), 47'0 (shot put). Giese placed first at the Wisconsin state meet.
