Bears Secure Second in Ivy League with 6-1 Victory over Yale

PROVIDENCE, RI - The Brown men's tennis team (14-14, 5-2) closed out its 2008 season with a 6-1 victory over Yale on Wednesday afternoon. With the win, Brown finishes the season tied for second in the Ivy League with Columbia. The Bears dominated the doubles matches, winning all three by a combined score of 24-11. In singles action, Brown took five of the six matches, winning four of the five in straight sets. Senior Saurabh Kohli (Colaba, Mumbai, India) closed out his Brown career with wins at #1 doubles (8-4) and #1 singles (6-4, 6-3).
