#59 Bears Edge Florida Atlantic, 4-3

BOCA RATON, FL - The Brown men's tennis team (14-6) snapped a three-game skid on Monday afternoon with a 4-3 victory over Florida Atlantic. The match was close throughout as Brown barely got the doubles win and had the match-clinching singles win go to three sets. After losing at #1 doubles, the Bears tied the action with a win at #3. Senior Eric Thomas (Cincinnati, OH) and junior Saurabh Kohli (Colaba, Mumbai, India) narrowly won their match at #2, 9-8, as Brown went up 1-0. In singles action, the Owls won at the top two spots, but Brown claimed wins at #3, #4, and #5 to pick up the victory.

The Bears resume action on Thursday, March 29, when they host Assumption College at 2:30 p.m.
