45th Ranked Bears Fall To #54 Virginia Tech, 5-2

Providence, RI - The 45th-ranked Brown men's tennis team took on 54th-ranked Virginia Tech before departing on its Spring Trip, falling to the Hokies by a 5-2 margin at the Pizzitola Sports Center. The Bears are now 13-4 overall.

Senior Nick Goldberg was Brown's lone winner in singles, capturing a 6-4, 6-2 decision at number two. The Bears also captured the doubles point with Goldberg and junior Adil Shamasdin winning 8-5 at number one, and seniors Ben Brier and Jamie Cerretani taking an 8-6 win at second doubles.
