Feb. 1, 2008

PROVIDENCE, RI - The Brown men's tennis team (4-2) dropped a hard-fought match to #38 William & Mary, 4-3, on Thursday afternoon at the Pizzitola Center indoor courts. The Bears failed to win the valuable doubles point and then split the singles matches, as the Tribe was able to earn the narrow victory. Singles could have gone either way, as senior Saurabh Kohli (Colaba, Mumbai, India) lost both of his sets at #1 singles by two games, and freshman Jonathan Pearlman (New York, NY) lost in the third set.
