![]() The Brown men's tennis team wrapped up its fall season over the weekend with freshman Jimmy Crystal (South Salem, NY) competing at the Dartmouth Invitational. Crystal competed in the "A" singles bracket and posted a 6-2, 6-3 victory over Andrew Malizia of Dartmouth to advance to the quarterfinals. Crystal then fell to Aba Omedele-Lucien of Harvard in the quarters, 6-3, 6-2, to finish with a 1-1 record as the Bears' lone representative at the Invite. (MORE) ![]() Gardner & Garland Fall in ITA Regional Doubles Finals Brown's men's doubles team of seniors Noah Gardner (Cambridge, MA) and Sam Garland (Bradenton, FL) came up just short in the ITA Regional Doubles Finals, dropping an 8-2 decision to Clayton and Chijoff-Evans of Florida in the final round. Gardner & Garland won five straight matches to advance to the finals, beating teams from Georgetown, Yale, Cornell, Penn, and Harvard along the way, including two teams that were seeded for the tournament. (MORE) ![]() Garland and Gardner Advance to ITA Regional Doubles Finals Seniors Noah Gardner (Cambridge, MA) and Sam Garland (Bradenton, FL) have advanced to the ITA Regional Doubles final, hosted by Yale. The duo will face top-seeded Chijoff-Evans and Clayton of Harvard on Tuesday at noon. Several other Bears had successful runs at the tournament with sophomore Kendrick Au (St. John's, NF) advancing to the finals in the singles backdraw. Classmate Jonathan Pearlman (New York, NY) advanced to the quarterfinals in singles action before eventually falling to #1-seeded Chris Clayton of Harvard.
